Kub9 Terms and Conditions — Full Platform Terms of Use

1. Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the kub9 platform and all its services. By accessing or using the kub9.pro website or app, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. Please read the full document carefully before registering.

In this document, "kub9", "we", and "us" refer to the company operating the kub9 platform. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any registered or unregistered individual using our platform. "Platform" refers to kub9's website, mobile app, and all associated services.

Kub9's Terms & Conditions have been prepared in accordance with international gaming laws and applicable regulations in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final; the Bengali translation is provided solely for the convenience of our members.

2. Account Register

To register an account with kub9, you must provide accurate and complete information. kub9 reserves the right to terminate any account and forfeit deposited funds if registration was completed using false or incorrect details.

Each person may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts will be classified as "duplicate accounts," and all associated accounts will be closed immediately. Any bonus balance in those accounts will also be cancelled.

• At registration, you must provide your real name, correct date of birth, and a valid mobile number.
• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility. kub9 will never ask for your password by phone or email.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please contact our support team immediately.

3. Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to become a member of kub9. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that underage individuals do not access this site.

Kub9 may request proof of identity at any time to verify your age during registration. Failure to prove your age, or providing false information, will result in account suspension and all transactions being deemed void.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
• Internet Connection: You must have your own valid internet connection.
• Payment method: A mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name is required.
• Legal Status: Online gaming must be legal in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits to kub9 must be made from a mobile banking account (Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket) or bank account registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

The minimum deposit at kub9 is BDT 500, and maximum limits vary by payment method. Deposits are credited directly to your gaming balance and are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.

• Keep a screenshot of your deposit receipt — you may need to submit it to support if an issue arises.

5. Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from kub9, your account must be fully verified (KYC). Withdrawals are not available on unverified accounts. The verification process is typically completed within 24 hours.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. For example, if you deposited via Mobile Banking, your withdrawal must also go to Mobile Banking. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 hours.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers at kub9 come with specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you automatically agree to the applicable terms. kub9 is not liable if a member claims a bonus without fully understanding its conditions.

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a BDT 100 bonus means you must place a total of BDT 3,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same household, device, or IP address.

7. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Kub9 expects all members to act with honesty and integrity. The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the fairness of the platform. Violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in legal action.

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated method to play.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Collusion or coordinating with other members to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other members.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Kub9 treats the protection of your personal information as its highest priority. We only collect data that is strictly necessary for account management, payment processing, and legal compliance.

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties without your consent. In certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose information in response to a lawful request from law enforcement authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Closure & Suspension

Kub9 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without cause. In practice, accounts are typically closed due to violations of our Terms & Conditions, fraud, or suspicious activity.

• If your account is closed due to a rule violation, your balance may be forfeited.
• You can also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
• Before an account is closed, members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance (provided no violations have occurred).
• You can contact support to request the reinstatement of a closed account.

11. Changes & Updates to Terms

Kub9 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified via email or platform notification at least 7 days in advance.
